滄州佳新園林製品有限公司（以下簡稱公司）於1999年成立，是一個專業生産園林工具的中外（台）合資企業，廠址建在滄州市京滬高速公路與石黃高速公路交匯的金三角地帶。廠區占地面積28668平方米，建築面積6000多平方米，廠區距京滬高速公路和石黃高速公里滄州南出口僅0.5公里，距天津新港約1個小時的車程。貨物運輸及人員往來十分便利。
公司下設兩個工廠，工具柄廠和五金製品廠，主要生產中高檔不銹鋼和碳鋼鍬、鏟、叉、鋤、耙等園林工具，產品以出口北美洲、歐洲和澳洲為主。
工廠建有冷衝壓車間、焊接車間、熱加工車間、熱處理車間、滾噴車間、拋光車間，組裝車間及監測、開發和設備維修等車間，年產能力達到200萬件，各種規格、材質和類別的產品達到二百多種。

Jiaxin Company has successful to act as a hand tools supplier, product in parts or as a whole on OEM basis widely accepted by the major US and other market leaders. Realizing the dynamic change of the globalization, we decide to further expedite the international market via direct eccess to the potential buyers, and with the hopes that we, the manufacturer, can be better serve to the worldwide
market, to provide cost-effective non-powered garden tools, and possibly to create a win-win solution.
The company mainly devided into two factories, namely the handle plant and the metal working plant,packing with cold stamping, welding, forging, powder spraying, vanish coating, polishing and heat
treating facilities, capable of performing all phases of manufacturing and developing works. The products including all aspects of non-owered garden tools, such as shovels spades, rakes, hoes, forks,and some special customized items of different materials in combination of 2 million pieces a year
throughput. Our products have been widely accepted by their superior quality and workmanship, and most of the tools have gone through some major third party certification.
